1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions and bets placed through your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other advantage-play strategies that exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or using au3288 services to transfer funds for illegal purposes

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. For CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP, the minimum deposit is Rp 100,000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. 4.3 Processing Times and Fees

Deposits made outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays until the next business day. au3288 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your au3288 account are derived from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. We reserve the right to request proof of income or source of funds documentation, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your legal name will be rejected and returned.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through the KYC process, you must have no pending wagering requirements, and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 50,000. First-time withdrawals require additional verification and may take 2-4 hours longer than subsequent requests.

5.2 Processing Times

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1-3 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-21:00 WIB). VIP members enjoy priority processing with average withdrawal times of 30-90 minutes. This may include requesting additional documentation, verifying the source of funds, or temporarily holding the withdrawal pending investigation. While we strive to process legitimate withdrawals quickly, security and compliance must take precedence.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

au3288 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive 100% of your requested withdrawal amount. However, intermediary banks or your receiving bank may impose their own fees, which are deducted from the transfer amount and are beyond our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at au3288's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to receive each specific bonus offer only once. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30-90 days), after which uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates. 6.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8. Limitations of Liability

Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, server problems, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service disruption. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or inability to place bets during outages.

8.2 Third-Party Services

au3288 relies on third-party providers for certain services including payment processing (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP), game content, and live dealer streams. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, au3288's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless au3288, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or rights of a third party, or your use of the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by au3288

au3288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, provision of false information, duplicate accounts, money laundering concerns, or at our sole discretion for any other reason.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or make deposits. 9.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after any pending wagering requirements are cleared. Closure is permanent and cannot be reversed; you must register a new account if you wish to use au3288 services in the future.

9.4 Funds Upon Termination

If your account is terminated by au3288 for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to forfeit all funds in your account. If the termination is without cause (at our discretion), any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to au3288.

10.4 Severability
